Even though the box that I have bought was in perfect condition and stored properly, the brownie mix that had insects on it. The insects inside of the mix were definitely not some kind of ant, it looked like fleas.

Good thing I had sifted it first but if it was not, I would not have noticed it. The customer service was great and they were willing to help and replace it however I am from the Philippines and they can not do anything about it since they are a U.S./Canadian company. They needed me to give an U.S.

adress for them to help me. I fully understand the situation but I am still quite dissapointed.

Calling it a "sham" is misleading and juvenile. This is life....sometimes insects get into food in processing plants.

You should have your money refunded for sure, but it isn't life threatening. Get over it.
